I myself have been trying to make a few changes in my life too. I discovered, I was making the same mistake you just pointed. I was getting myself occupied with work to a point where everyone eats at their own time because of my busy schedule. But a few months ago I began making a few changes to make sure we get to sit down twice a week together to communicate and fellowship. I am also working on scheduling time to spend more time with my teenage step daughter. No more excuses because of work and business!
